Fantastic price for a very handy knife! The large non- slip handle is extremely comfortable, and the blade's deep belly makes rocking/chopping super fast. Two minor downsides: it needed a quick touch-up to get the blade as sharp as I wanted (out of the package it was still sharper than the crummy rack knives at work, though). The handle is so big, it might be a tight squeeze into your knife roll

It is my go to knife for chopping onions, meat, etal for stir fry cooking and pasta cooking. Love it.
I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, so gripping things can be painful. This knife has an aggressively textured rubber grip which requires much less grip force to hold securely. The grip is the largest I have found on any knife I've tried. Griping it causes less pain as a result. Because the handle is so grippy I can use non traditional hand positions on it to avoid tender joints without compromising safety. This knife has been a game changer for me. I can get so much farther before pain slows me down! I can now cook healthy food more often.
love this knife. we use it everyday. one of the better quality knives by Dexter. would highly recommend, especially for heavy, everyday use. really like this knife!
all though scary at first, this knife is great for working quickly, and chopping, mincing and dicing anything you possibly need. can easily do a back and forth motion for quick work on anything.
This knife did take me a while to get used to but once I did, it was a knife that I didn't know I needed. I like how the handle fits comfortably in your hand and how easily the blade cuts through even the toughest of meats. I use this knife every day and couldn't be happier with it.

This knife is solid. It is a great deal and cuts very well. Hasn't rusted on me and takes an edge pretty easily. Weird looking but good.
We go through alot of cut work with melons and other large fruits, this knife really helps the less knife capable employees cut items at fairly good rates and with much better and safer control. People with decent knife skills probably won't see nearly as much benefit over a traditional chef knife for most items needing cut.javascript... Knife quality overall is excellent tho!
This knife is a quality knife but opinions vary here on how much each chef likes the knife. Some do and some don't like the way it feels in their hand, I think it's a very good dicing knife but can be used for almost anything.
