I want to love these since i have pretty bad damage to my knife hand, however the grip gets very slippery when you have gloves

This is a great multi use chef knife. We have been using it for the past couple of weeks and are very pleased with this purchase.

Even though this knife has a 12" length, it has a lot of stability while cutting big pieces of meat, fruits, and vegetables. It is very well made so you don't have to worry about having to replace it anytime in the near future.

Knife gets full quick even with proper sharpening. It’s an okay knife but not the best. Has to be sharpened every time you slice something for it to not become dull.

This is a great "shop knife" as we keep a few laying around as backups. Use and abuse throw it down to dish and the blade will come back quick. Rubber handle is great for whatever kind of knife skills your staff has.

These knives are very nice. I would like to order several more for the kitchen. Grip/ handle is good and they are lightweight enough to be easy to use. Sharp blade, good all around chef's knife.

High quality knife. Very glad to use an American product. My only improvement would be a more weighty handle. Other than that I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it for anyone over 5'7" due to size.

We have tried a few different brands of chef knives from different places. The Dexter Russell has been great for us, great price and stands up to the abuse in the kitchen well.

Excellent knife, comfortable grip. Lasts much longer in my kitchen then most the other brands, I've tried most of the brands on this site and Dexter-Russell is my prefered brand on this site.

These are made in the U.S.A. This has an 8" blade. This is a great cook's knife. I love the feel of this knife in my hand. Very well balanced and sharp!

All of our line cooks have they're favorite knives and utensils, of course. I have to agree I really like the blade and weight to these knives. Very convinced Dexter Russell puts out a solid product.

The cadillac of lower priced kitchen knifes. I know that might be an oxymoron but these knifes rock. They hold well and cut well, they all you need and more in a fast pace kitchen environment. The staff loves them and we love the prices.

Used the Dexter-Russell 29253 V-Lo 10" Chef Knife to cut baby carrots. The blades cut through the carrots so easily and effortlessly. Item arrived neatly packaged.

This is a great knife because it stays sharp for a long time and it is comfortable to use. I love to use it when slicing or cleaning meat because it is a no hassle process with this knife. the knife is not very heavy either making it easy to use for a longer time if you have a lot of slicing to do.

This Dexter-Russell V-Lo 10" Chef Knife is definitely a great knife with the ability to do a multitude of things. The only real problem I can find with it is the price. There are many higher quality knives you can buy for this price!

This is a great lightweight chef's knife! It is sharp and very comfortable! The V-Lo style is great for added comfort when using for long periods at a time!!

This is a nice economy knife. doesn't keep an edge that long, but will chop a boatload of onions and celery for you, or the person you pay to do it.
