If I could give this a 0 zero, I would give it a zero star. Webstaurant Store sent me what appears to be a used product. There was food remnants on the lip and some remnants coating the interior. The box also looked like it had been sitting for quite some time, as the cardboard was discolored. When I complained, I was given permission to return the product. Gee thanks, so generous of Webstaurant store. I'm actually furious as we needed this item and when I asked for a concession or something, they said oh you must not have really needed this item ASAP because you didn't pay for expedited shipping in the first place. So in sum, unreliable, ridiculous. Buy buy Webstaurant Store.

We've been using this since it arrived for our soups. It's worked very well and gets the soup nice and hot fast. The only complaint we have is that we wish it could either hold more water on the inside to warm up or a light letting us know the water level is low.
