The oven works great. We have not had a single problem out of the oven. The only thing I would say that I do not like about the oven is that the pre set pre heat is way to high. Other than that I absolutely love the oven.

Can I steam food in this oven?
No, this unit uses moisture injection to add humidity to the cabinet, providing benefits such as better crusts on bread products and reduced shrinkage when roasting meats. However, it does not have full steam capabilities and should not be used as a steamer. This unit is not considered a combi oven.
Does this unit have a reset button?
Yes! There is an external reset button on the back of the unit. A small black cover is fitted over the button to protect it, and you must remove the cover before you can use it. Simply remove the cover using a flat head screwdriver, then press the small button underneath to reset your unit.
Does this unit need a connected water line to operate?
While this unit may be operated without a water line, the steam injection function won't work unless a water line is connected.
