Avantco A-49R-G-HC 54" Glass Door Reach-In Refrigerator

i bought this refrigerator on 02/18/2022 and after a year having problems with it. it gets a lot of water on the bottom and i contacted webstaurant customer service and she told me the warranty passed and you need to contact other service company to service it and you bought something on lower price. i paid for it and i could get other brands like everest with 5 years warranty.

Five Stars for ease of the ordering process, competitive pricing, on-time professional delivery, and of coarse, this high quality beautiful refrigerator. Its got a simple design that's surprisingly rugged. It comes packaged in multiple layers of plastic wrap, styrofoam, industrial cardboard, and a wooded crate at the bottom for added protection of the castors. I believe that it would have to fall off the truck to get damaged because of how much protective packaging they encased it in. There is a lot of trash to throw away after unpacking it. We purchased 2 of these units and started having issues 6 months later with it not keeping temp. We called the warranty company and it’s a phone tag game they play. We filed the claim after getting someone to finally communicate with us after 2 days then we were giving the excuse that someone would contact us back and it’s been 2 weeks. We’re running a daily business and once we made the call and file a claim on the product that they sold us a 3 year warranty why don’t they have the serial number? They took our money why didn’t the information that was sold to us get transferred to them? Another misleading opportunity for them to get you off the phone to prolong the situation. We still have no phone call back and our frig still isn’t keeping temp because the warranty company has not honored their agreement. Purchase additional warranty at your own risk.

just like everyone else on here, ours broke down after 2 months of use. wont keep temp and fan wont spin. tried avantco, it says to call webstaurant. Called webstaurant, they said they only take calls mon thru friday. we spend a lot of money here, hopefully someone can fix this. we lost all of our meat and perishables that were prepped as well. SMH

Took a chance on this Avantco fridge and so incredibly happy we did! Very sleek and modern, large capacity, and exceeded expectations in terms of performance.

This unit broke down a couple of months after it was installed. A lot of water keep filling up at the bottom. Then the top next to the fan keep blocking with ice. Cannot get it repaired.

If this had lasted a couple years before problems I may have given in 2 stars.... maybe. But, I have had this less than 2 months, and the evaporator fan broke already. Lost all my perishables.

Piece of junk. Didn’t work out of the box. Won’t cool. They want me to file a claim instead of helping me. This company doesn’t take care of their customers. Once they get your money they and you down the road. I’m beyond disappointed.

Fridge is great. Tracking did not work. Requested notice of delivery. This did not happen. It was delivered to my TN location in the middle of lunch. Tracking still showed it was in KY. Had to un box it and deal with installation at lunchtime. Not ideal, with no notice at all too.

Solid product, works and maintains temperature very nicely.

I really like the looks and quality of this product. The Advantco brand seems like a very good company. I am using the product for our baker area. Keeps things cold and runs smoothly.

Very well made and just what we needed! Shipping inconvenient had to hire movers to get it installed.

I've owned this for less than a month new business started set temperature to 33° climbs to 42 and it stays a constant 38° inside the refrigerator even though it's set for 33 degrees

This unit came in not working. Warning to anyone looking to buy this. They will refuse to replace it even though it came in without Freon in it and had a leak before even using it the first time. And will not refund for the broken unit. So now I am going on having it for a week and the unit is still not working. Probably going to be waiting on parts.

So far so good. Easy to install, has wheels for easy moving. I've never had issues with equipment though this site.

Excellent product. Have been using for 6 years with no issues. Highly recommend. Has wheels making it easy to move and adjustable shelves allowing it to be customizable.

No damage from the delivery, packaged well, and all the parts where there, and works !!

The refrigerator works great and is good size for our needs! Was delivered with a damaged door though.

Dayton freight were great very professional.

Lots of space in this large refrigerator. We use it to keep all of our produce in. I like that it has a light around the doors . Lots of shelving .

Purchase and delivery went smoothly, trucking company delayed the delivery date by 4 days which annoyed me. But webstaurante was great to work with.

The refrigerator was awesome the delivery was excellent the folks this business are friendly great to work with awesome staff
