Waring WGR140X 17" Electric Countertop Griddle - 120V

This Waring Electric Countertop Griddle works well, and is ~14" in width and 16-17" in depth. It heats up to 200F in 5 minutes, and 300F in 10 minutes. It plateaus at 450F at approximately 20-25 minutes. The large grease trap is very convenient compared to other models. The bottom and sides don't heat up more than ~100F, and would work on a wooden counter or table. The stainless steel cooking surface holds a significant amount of heat, and doesn't cool down significantly when using the griddle to stir fry vegetables (1 lb). The griddle's heating element is in the center running vertically, and the edges can be as much as 50-100F cooler than the center.

This grill solves all of my problems in the kitchen. It is nice and large and heats up fast, stays hot a long time and once you season the grilling surface you can even cook eggs on it with ease.

Awesome griddle, I use it to make french toast and all sorts of breakfast plates. Easy to clean and it is not that heavy, so cleaning under it is also not a hassle.

Love this griddle! The WGR140 heats up quickly and performs just as well as much larger griddles. This is perfect for eggs, hash browns, and pancakes. I am going to get a second one to install in my motorhome, its awesome!

Great flaptop, takes a couple of minutes to heat up. You can't fit a whole lot on the grill but it works for small orders. It's also easy to clean. You can fit around 16 burger patties at once.

This is the ultimate workhorse in our restaurant, have three of these going, this is the greatest, most essential piece of equipment you'll ever purchase. Has lasted for several years without ever letting me down. Absolutely the best purchase I have ever made, I would give 10 stars.

This griddle is perfect for our establishment. It is easy to clean and hold its heat very well keeping up with eggs for breakfast sandwiches and even frying bacon and sausage. Perfect piece of equipment at a great price!

this little wonder is a grat asset to our restaurant we make burger chicken and toast rolls on it. iit is used 16 hours a day.

This was the largest electric griddle I could find that would work with 120 V. The griddle plate itself is nice, thick, heavy cast-iron with a slightly "brushed" texture. It takes a while to heat-up, but once it gets up to temp, it holds fine for the rest of the day. It seasoned easily, and seems to be reasonably even heat across the surface. The back might be a bit hotter than the front, but no big deal. The removable grease-tray is easy to clean. The controls are very simple and basic, but get the job done.

With this little griddle you can do pretty much anything. We use it to cook sandwiches, toasted bread and eggs. Even heat...We are very happy with it.. Very easy to clean which is a plus...

I have had this unit for about a year now, and is very good for the most part. But at times it seems to dip in temp. when cooking. I think that it runs on a cycle and will go up and down from time to time. The problem is that it seems to happen when I'm in the heat of the moment. Over all has been very good!

Pretty solid griddle. We use them for our outdoor catering events. the handles make it really portable, even though they do get really hot at times.

This Waring Electric Countertop Griddle is better than described and I have no complaints. Good size but hope for larger sizes in the future. My only complaint is that it takes a little bit for it to warm to the pre-selected temperature but the size and durability make up for this tiny shortcoming. The shipping was faster than expected and the unit was very well protected.

The grill is just large enough to use in our food truck for breakfast and toasting buns. The heat is evenly distributed and holds for a long time.

The Waring WRG140 Electric Counter Griddle 17'' is great. It cooks products even and makes your stuff delicious. The only thing I don't understand is when opened my new shipped item, the color of the top plate is dark, not shinning, and there is no manual with it.
