I bought this item 1.5 years ago. It has worked great until two weeks ago, when the upper elements stopped working.
If you want to cook chicken wings, this is the way to go. Use roast mode (upper and lower elements on plus convection fan.) 15 minutes per side, they are the best I've ever had. Crisp skin, moist inside, perfection.
I have contacted Waring Commercial on Jan 30, 2023 to see about buying replacement upper elements. I have not heard back from them yet, I will update this review when they contact me with information.

This is a good little oven so far. Odd that in order to turn it on, you have to set the timer. I feel like that should be a side benefit, not a controlling process. Browned pretty well across a rack of cinnamon rolls with a bit of overcooking in the corners. It does cook pretty even though. When I tested the amperage draw, the startup and preheat uses a ton of amps, balanced out to nothing once pre-heated.

This is the first commercial oven I have had. It is perfect for my sweet shop since I do less baking than I do making confections. I really like that it has a visible timer which is a reminder to set the time. This is great since I am so busy that I could easily forget to set the time otherwise. This oven heats evenly as well. It might be a smaller oven, but it has all the power of a standard size oven. Would purchase this model again.

This is a pretty good oven. Ive been through a load of these different eclectic countertop ovens mainly for cooking flatbreads. It kept burning out its wires inside but the manufacturer did honor the warranty.
