It's also great for keeping cold foods chilled and hot foods warm. This makes it useful for storing contents in a refrigerator or for blending hot soups.
The Waring CB15V variable speed food blender is designed with an easy-to-clean electronic membrane panel and comes with a one-piece jar pad and a slow-start feature.

For the best results we recommend blending only fresh or partially thawed frozen fruit. If using completely frozen fruit, we suggest a ratio of 1 ¼ parts liquid to 1 parts frozen fruit on high speed.
What is the proper technique for cleaning my blender jar?
Due to the metal construction of their drive components, blender jars are a hand wash only item. They should not be run through a dishwasher, and care should be taken to avoid directly spraying the bottom of the container with a high pressure pre-rinse faucet. For best results, clean the bottom of the jar with a washcloth and a mild detergent or sanitizer when needed.
These blenders are junk! We have bought four in one year and two are broken. The jars start leaking within a few months of use. The motors die and only blend on low or medium. The knob breaks and spins in circles. Fixing them under warranty is a huge pain, we have to drive across town to have them inspected and then we're told the jars are not covered, because it's regular wear and tear. The jar is expensive and only lasts a few months?!?! Webstaurant should not sell such crap!
We use them every day for less than an hour a day. They are not commercial blenders. I've had cheap blenders last for over a decade without leaking or breaking.

Gets the job done. Kind of loud for it's size and the clips on the lid come off frequently. Would I order again? Perhaps if it was on sale.

This is by far the best commercial blender available on the market. The stainless steel container is easy to clean and can hold a lot of liquid. Highly Recommend.
