Waring CB15 1 Gallon Stainless Steel Food Blender - 120V

On our 3rd one, heavily used item in our kitchen but 3rd one in 3 years. Bad seal on container lead to corrosion of base on first, second base had ball bearings fail on motor, 3rd base is fine but had to order replacement container due to seal at bottom failing.

I am extremely disappointed with this Waring Commercial Blender. You would expect a commercial-grade machine that actually lasts. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience at all. I have purchased three of these units, and every single one has had issues. The current blender was bought in July. By November, we were already having cup problems, and by December, the motor started failing. For a blender at this price point, breaking down within six months is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the replacement parts are very expensive. Between the cost of repairs and downtime, it simply does not make sense financially. At this point, I would be better off purchasing a cheaper blender and replacing it every six months rather than investing in something marketed as “commercial” that does not hold up. In my opinion, this blender is significantly overpriced for the durability and reliability it offers. I expected much better quality for the price.

If you're using this blender to make small batches, it will not perform as well as the other big name brand. It just won't. The canister is far too big to get that silky consistency when barely full. That being said, if you're making large batches, this puts most other blenders to shame. And yes, that includes our precious big brand name units, of which we have many. The extra size and power, regardless of lack of settings, turns our concoctions into smooth mixes. I highly recommend this unit for a basic, but top of the line, blender. It is lacking in functions, purposefully so, because it is made for a niche market. If you're in need of such a blender, you will completely appreciate this no frills blender, as well as the wonderful end products it provides.

Well, it has a lot of power and a larger capacity to knock out large prep. But it is no Vitamix. From using different bases in our kitchen we have come to realize that it is not the base or the power but it is the canister. The vitamix canister will make butters and really smooth things out. It is also very large and heavy. Which is of course its build with power. Not sold that it is the best thing though.

waring cb15 it amazing machine. we are constantly making salsa we use this machine all the time. it life saver. i recommended all restaurants this machine for salsa

This thing is the Rolls Royce of blenders. Its a little pricey but well worth it. I use it to puree large batches of product and it takes it with ease. There has never been a time when it sounded like the engine was struggling. The only kind of bad thing I noticed, is that on occasion product will leak out the top. I feel thought that is only because of being overloaded. I would buy this again though.

Very good blender. Use it to make salsa. Very powerful and quieter than other blender. Very durable and easy to clean. Highly recommend this product

This blender is great. the horse power make blending ingredient very easy. its motor is tough enough to use on a daily basis and wont overheat.

A blender in a restaurant setting or any kitchen is one of the most used items. The Waring CB15 has out performed out expectations of a blender. It is a great item to have.

We've had this blender for a couple of years and it's a reliable work horse. We make gallons of heavy sauces and dressing in it every day and other than replacing the blade once, it works the same as the day we got it.

If you need to make sauces or purees this is for you. Easy clean up. Its also great for a seasoned gazpacho during summer time.

Powerful blender for medium size kitchen, very easy to clean up I will recommend to everyone that do a lot of sauce in their kitchen

you haven't experienced a blender until you have used this thing. it is so powerful its unbelievable. it can power through any food and give you an incredibly smooth product.

This blender is exceptional in the kitchen, good power for creating super smooth purees and sauces. My only issue is the stainless top. I dont like not being able to see what is going opn inside the blender.

Great and user friendly blender. Easy to store size for our kitchen and essential for the types of emulsion and sauces we are making. Would buy another one if I needed it.
