The vollrath Wear-ever 7” frying pan is a staple in most kitchens that cook breakfast, brunch, or have fried eggs on the menu. I have used these pans at nearly every kitchen I have worked at, from bars to fine dining. I am now replacing my home pan, after 8+ years of use. I would probably still be using that old pan, but it got scratched pretty bad during a move, and everything sticks to that spot now... I really love these pans. Eggs just skate across the surface like its lubed up at all times. The “cool handle” is nice but not necessary. Don't use utensils with this pan, just flip and toss. If you need a little help flipping eggs, practice with a dry piece of bread while the pan is cool.
