I ordered this product and used it only 1 week. Guess what? It is broken already. Something wrong with the wire or electrical connections. I tested the outlet. It is working fine so I know I don't have power issue. It is something internal. Then, I contacted Webstaurantstore. They told me they cannot accept the return because it is used product and I have to go thru the warranty process myself. Yes I know it is used for only 1 week. If I used it for couple months, I wouldn't bother them. But seriously, 1 week of use and you cannot accept it anymore? So make sure you know what you are ordering, otherwise, don't order it.

This product is just OK. I had to replace my first one within 2 months and I am not sure if it is the bulbs or the unit itself but the bulbs burn out very quickly and it doesn't matter what kind you use.
