Nemco 56500-1 1/4" Easy Chopper II Vegetable Dicer

Construction of this product seems sturdy. The ONLY problem we had with this item was that the black pusher block would leave little black pieces of plastic in the food when you used it. I replaced the block. I replaced the blades. I replaced the black rubber stoppers on the guide rods. NOTHING worked except for replacing the whole item with a completely different brand. I wasted so much product. Don't do the same as me. Buy a different one.,

This is perfect when you go from a small business to a medium sized business, from chopping a few dozen tomatoes to boxes of tomatoes this is very efficient. Easy to clean and very heavy duty.

Got this mainly to dice onion, and celery quickly. Celery is a little tricky as you have to smash it quite hard and can really only do one (pre-cut) stalk at a time. Onions I found that if you quarter them and then put a quarter on the blades at an angle, so the v of the wedge is facing the blades, it works best with most consistent cuts. Celery really get's stick in the top black part (the smasher) and it's a little tricky to get out. But the quality of the dicer is great, it's heavy duty and I've used it a lot with no degradation in quality.

Very easy to use. Chops items with the right size. I highly recommend it. Very easy to wash after every use and last for very long time.

when it comes to dicing any product you have to have one of two things. either training and speed or this chopper wow it saves a ton of time. no worrying about kitchen member with a knife. great product

We had the original Easy Chopper and wanted something a little bigger than it. This item works great and allows us to more easily keep up with how much stock we need. It is solidly made and dices onions very easily.

We can dice pounds and pounds of vegetables in so much less time. Our salsa takes almost a half hour less time to make with this dicer.

This vegetable slicer is so darn effective! Cuts the time of cutting an onion in three quarters of the time no problem! Not to mention it is easy to clean!

This is an excellent cutter, we have cut thousands of pounds of potatoes with this device at various outdoor festivals. I highly recommend this product.

Force multiplier! 1/4" for diced tom's and onions 1/2 for potatoes, veg, fruit ! Untrained staff can fly through prep! Looking at more ways to utilize.

Makes great diced onions quickly. Large onions take several hard strokes but not too hard once you get on to it. A little tedious to clean, but a small bamboo skewer fits just between the grooves. Well made and sturdy. I would recommend this product without reservation.
