Good quality compared to cheaper mat. Only negative is that is slightly wider than the Vollrath pan so doesn't sit perfectly flat.

Not what I expected. Not a fan of the quality and there is something digging about this silicone mat than the other mat that I have.

Love love! Bought for work but so for sure need some for home now! Makes life so much easier. Baking is so simple with a silicone mat.

I generally like this mat. it is attractive, reasonably priced, solidly made, true to size, and stays in place well. My one issue, and is is likely just an issue with my unit is that the surface had a few tiny bubble imperfections in the surface of one side. They don't cause any real issues, but will likely reduce its useful life, hence only 4 stars.

We use these for candy dropping at our restaurant. Quick set and quick clean up! The different sizes can roll right up with one another for easy storage.

I've used this quite a bit and nothing sticks to these mats. They are meant mostly for baking cookies, but I use it for roasting vegetables too. It has gotten a bit discolored (I think from the vegetables), but that hasn't reduced the effectiveness.

Good silicone mat, food does not stick. Dimension markings printed on the mat are helpful for portioning. Square corner does not fit rounded sheet pan interior.

This allergen safe silicone mat is such a great idea. Most people know that purple is associated to allergies so having a color coded mat is just an extra precaution.

This is a clingy flexible mat that works well to line a pan for baking and also is great for people with allergies. However, it sticks to almost everything and kinda picks up dust and spices very easily and doesn't let go. But it is really fun and helpful to have!

Good item. Like the attractive price and they perform very well for our needs. Have used similar in the past and and have performed well over time. A must buy for your baking team.

It’s made of food grade silicone over reinforced fiberglass to withstand temperatures up to 480F. I plan to use the smooth side for rolling out fondant since it features pre-printed measurements.

Works great. I made a batch of sugar cookies and didn't use any oil or grease and the cookies (after cooling for 2 mins) lifted right off the mat. The mat seems well made and should last a long time and many uses with abuse. The measurements are easy to read and extremely useful. Highly recommended

Two things we liked about this silicone mat are...First its a Mercer product and to us that means quality. and 2nd the price was amazing.

the texture is really smooth! my cookies doesn't stick with the mat unlike the one i used before. i purchased one just to try it out and i will purchase one more cause I'm loving this mat!

Completely comparable to other more expensive brand non stick silicone pads. Perfect fit on half sheet pan and is great for any baking, cooling, or freezing needs when item needs to be easily removable from pan with no worries.
