MainStreet Equipment HTDT Single Rack High-Temperature Door-Type Dish Machine with Booster Heater - 208-240V, 1 Phase

I want to write this review to highlight several critical issues with this dishwasher. First, the machine cannot even reach the basic 160°F operating temperature, yet the display screen falsely shows 180°F. It wasn’t until I purchased temperature test strips that I uncovered this deception. Additionally, the machine has an abnormal detergent dispensing issue. When I attempted to contact the company to fulfill the warranty conditions, their warranty provider, "Ready Kitchen Warranty," refused to provide any service, claiming that I did not use their partnered installers. However, I had the machine installed by an experienced professional. Despite this, they used it as an excuse to deny service. We also followed up by sending an email with proof of purchase, but we have yet to receive any response. This machine has severe temperature issues and detergent dispensing problems. I do not recommend purchasing it.

We've been running the MainStreet HTDT dishwasher in a busy restaurant environment, and it's been a solid machine for the money. It cleans well, is straightforward to operate, and has held up to daily use. One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to work on. Most repairs can be done in just a few minutes without needing a service technician, which saves both downtime and repair costs. Replacement parts are readily available and reasonably priced, making maintenance affordable. If you're looking for a functional, dependable commercial dishwasher that doesn't require expensive service calls every time something needs attention, the HTDT is a great choice. It's simple, practical, and easy to keep running. Parts to keep on hand are the bowl assembly, detergent dispensers, gasket for pressure connection. We spend about $200 a year maintaining this machine. We tried the noble machines and the timer breaks constantly at, element goes out every 6 months, chemical dispensing is separate and costly. This is the best value on the market...could be redesigned to make it more robust.

Bought this product for my restaurant. Within a year of business we have had to submit 2 warranty claims because the machine has quit working all together.

Terrible quality and no support We bought this dishwasher only 6 months ago, and it has already completely stopped working. The issue is electrical, and when we contacted the company, they told us it was out of warranty because it only comes with 6 months coverage. They refused to fix it. We called the nearest service company, and they wanted $500 just to come look at it—without even fixing it yet. We also tried calling an electrician, but they couldn’t repair the problem. For a commercial dishwasher, this is unacceptable. If you’re running a restaurant, you need reliable equipment and good customer support. Unfortunately, this product has neither. I would not recommend it to anyone.

I’m really disappointed with this dishwasher. I’ve only had it for two months, and now it’s having electric issues. Our electric breaker keeps tripping every time I turn it on before a wash. It worked perfectly for only one month. I don’t think this dishwasher is worth the price you paid, plus the kitchen ready customer service took so long to handle this case. My machine isn’t working, and no one seems to be taking the time to fix it. We have to run our restaurant regularly with manual washing, which is not ideal when we’re busy.
