Water leaking from the first day we received! Need to wait 7-10day for technicians to call back just for appointment schedule! Getting a brand new UNFUNCTIONAL cooler !

The delivery was horrible ?? ??

Making loud noises as soon as I plug it in. It doesn't turn on compressor until it passes like 43 F when I put 36 F. I just plug in to test and its giving problems I will call webstaurant.

We have had this refrigerator for 14 months and we came in to find it on 78° inside. The temp in the kitchen was 45°. We lost $in inventory. We paid $ to have it checked out and was told the compressor was shot and that it needed a new one for $. We’ve had avantco refrigerators for 5 years with little to no problems. Won’t make this mistake again.

This refrigerator is everything I expected! I like that the doors stay open and don't close on you while you are trying to put things in or take things out. The only downfall was that the handles did not come with the refrigerator. Customer Service was amazing and sent them right away no questions asked!

This Main Street Equipment BMR-49-R 54" Reach-In Refrigerator failed just a little over one year after purchase, which is completely unacceptable for commercial equipment. It no longer holds temperature and is essentially useless. A commercial refrigerator should last longer, not barely outlive its warranty. This failure caused major inconvenience and potential product loss. Extremely disappointed with the quality and reliability—I would not recommend this unit

Works very well and have had no trouble with it, We really like it! EXCEPT the shelf holders that came with it are very flimsy and the shelves collapsed when any weight was put on them. Had to buy more heavy duty shelf clips and install to make them usable with any amount of weight at all.

Pretty sure the delivery company kept the appliance, which they marked delivered. They won't answer our questions and give everyone the run around. They told Webstaurant we don't answer their calls despite call logs disproving this. It's been weeks, we're out thousands, we have to deal with daily stress from this, and still no appliance. Order with extreme caution.

Have had this refrigerator for over a year. No issues. Looks great, runs efficiently and quietly and my electric bill at the bakery actually went down!

Such a great value and works GREAT. We've had zero issues and it's already almost 3 years in. We DO clean the vents on a monthly basis, however.

We've had this refrigerator for about 18 months. I lowered the temperature below the preset range to slow down over-proofing dough which caused the coil to freeze quicker than the defrost cycle. I probably won't get very long out of this unit considering the use we're putting it through, but so far it has been worth the money. These refrigerators are a much better use of your money than buying a used "expensive" brand.

I love that it stays temp, it comes with keys to lock if you like that option, and delivery was smooth didn't have to put the casters on.

It hasn’t even been two years and it’s already quit working if I keep the door open for more than a minute to get something that temperature goes up to 49°°

Slightly smaller than a normal size fridge but is great on electricity and stay suppppppppperrr COLD!!
