Received the machine on July 19th. We first tested it out on Aug 1st. First use, oil started leaking out the bottom of the machine. FIRST USE.
Contacted webstaurant and was given a number for frymaster which referred us to a repair company. Repair tech came on Aug 5th took the machine apart and found that the hose was malfunctioning. He called Frymaster and they said that the warranty wouldn't cover that.
ONE USE.
On top of that, the repair company wants to charge a fee for service call. The audacity.
Save your time and money and order from a company that actually cares about it's customers.

The machine works like it is supposed to. However when it arrived the main hose was cut in two because they didn't align system properly with lid. Switches were all loose in their mount. After we had items repaired, it works.

It seems we received a lemon. The motor went out after about 3 weeks of usage. The nearest repair place is a couple hours away and they have come to us, but after the motor was replaced it seems that one of the switches went bad (probably due to the motor overloading everything). So far...not happy with it. It gets clogged up pretty easily even when the oil is hot so if you have a lot of crumbs and sediment, be prepared for a struggle. Unfortunately, it does not seem like there are a lot of great options out there.

Item was shipped without hold down ring and support grid. It took almost a week to get those parts sent to us. We used the machine less than a dozen times and the pump does not function any longer. Would look elsewhere.
