We bought this dipping cabinet for our new store. Once our electrician finished the wiring we plugged it in, only to find it would always trip the breaker. When we contacted Webstaurantstore.com about the issue, they said the our purchase date was beyond the amount of time they could do anything about it and now it's a warranty issue with the manufacture. We've tried to contact Excellence, but get no response. We hired a repair man on our own, and he found the fan motor was melted. This was supposed to be a brand new unit. We couldn't even run it because it would trip the breaker. We received it with a melted fan motor. And the cost of getting the parts replaced and the labor to get it working fell on us. We do NOT recommend this unit or anything from Excellence.

we purchased two of these units, have had one thermostat replaced and have an internal electrical problem on another that is unfixable and keeps tripping gfi plugs. Construction not nearly as solid as some others, we gave it a try because of the increased capacity but not worth the headache.....sorry

We didn't realize we needed this until we purchased it and couldn't image the kitchen without it. Put wheels on it so it's easily moved around the kitchen. Defrosts fast and cleans easily. Plenty of storage even in our little kitchen.
