This is a lovely machine perfect for a smaller café.
This machine has been in use in our small gelato café for 2.5 years. On average, we pull about 30 doubles per day and we have had 0 troubles. Programming the machine was but a little bit of effort. As for the steam wand, we had to learn the style, but we prefer the unprogrammed wand over the preset. Of note, we have replaced gaskets for the portafilter, and added some other components over the life of this machine so far.

Don't waste your money on this brand of espresso machine. Highly dissatisfied with the quality and the reliability of this machine and the installation. It spits hot boiling water at you, steam wand over powerful and burns the milk in less than 10 sec. This is a flaw of the machine as we were told by installers and support help. It doesn't program correctly and haven't gotten a decent edible drink from it yet. We are using a store brand espresso machine right now instead of this high priced machine if that tells you anything.
