Don't be fooled by the pictures and price. These are really junk and Webstaurant can not ship them complete with the chafer trays that lock out the base. 3 chafers ordered - no fuel trays - 3 orders later 2 useable chafers.

The water pans were stuck together. It took us an hour plus to get them unstuck. I bought these previously a few years back but not from webrestaurant. The quality of these aren't as good.

Affordable and does the trick. My 3-star rating is due to the plastic handles (which are pretty durable) on the frame and lid not being available for purchase. As you can see in the pictures I have a handful of broken handles and a bunch that just came out because the screws fall out easily. I'm ok with the plastic because it helps insulate from the heat but without replacement handles being available my only option from customer service was to buy a complete replacement. :-(
