The 12 non-stick aluminum poacher cups are easy to use and make poached eggs in 2 to 4 minutes. Just fill the included pan with water, set it over medium heat, set the cups in the inset within the pan, crack your eggs, and cover the pan until the eggs are done.
Oven Safe
This item can withstand high heat applications and is safe for oven use in food service.
Hand Wash Only
To preserve quality, this item should only be hand-washed and sanitized.
Prevents Overcooking
With a non-stick coating, it's easy to release eggs from the cups and it limits the use of oils and fats, allowing you to create healthier recipes. The aluminum inset includes 3 steam vents to help prevent the bottoms of your eggs from overcooking and can accommodate all of the included 12 egg poacher cups, perfect for serving larges groups or guests and streamlining your operation.
Lid Controls Evaporation
Use the compatible domed aluminum cover to control evaporation when poaching your eggs. The lid helps seal in heat to accelerate your cooking times.
Reduce Mess
It reduces food spatter to keep your work area cleaner and ensure the food you're making ends up on your customers' plates and not your stovetop.
Easy to Grab
Featuring a riveted-on handle, it's easy to grab with hot pads or a towel, and the domed shape will help keep in heat and circulate moisture in your pot or pan.
Versatile Pot
The included pot has a wide heating surface, ideal for poaching eggs as well as slow cooking vegetables or browning meats to perfection when not being used as a set.
Secure Handles
The pot also has sturdy, riveted side-loop handles for a more secure grip, and since they're riveted on, they guarantee a very rigid connection between handle and vessel.
Durable Aluminum Construction
This increases the service life of the egg poacher set, even in the busiest of commercial kitchens. Made of aluminum, this entire kit is durable to withstand daily use and built to last. The aluminum also makes for a good heat conductor and even heating for the perfect poached eggs.

How can I best maintain the non-stick qualities of this item?
To prevent food from sticking to your non-stick surface, we recommend lightly coating it with oil and wiping off any excess with a soft cloth or napkin. Applying sprays on non-stick coatings can cause food to stick more readily than using a fat or oil. Sprays can leave a glue-like coating, often missed during the cleaning process, which will begin to build up and cause foods to stick. Additionally, metal utensils and abrasive cleaners should not be used with non-stick surfaces to prevent scratching and damaging the coated surface.
How can I properly care for this aluminum item?
Hand washing is always the best option to ensure that your aluminum stays in best working order. However, if you decide to clean these in a dishwasher, we strongly recommend using metal-safe detergents and sanitizers to eliminate any flaking or tarnishing that could occur from some harsher cleaners.
What's the difference between a riveted and a welded handle?
A riveted handle is connected by small metal pieces (called rivets) that are crushed between the handle and the pan body to attach them together. This type of handle is more common on copper and aluminum cookware.
For a handle to be welded, the metal must first be melted and then adhered to the pan body. This creates a strong bond that leaves little to no space in between, so bacteria and other food crumbs can’t collect and cause sanitation issues. Both are long lasting solutions for fry and sauce pan handles because they are durable and can withstand heat.
Poor quality materials, bends/dents, interior completely discolored on first use for poaching eggs. Oven poaching method is much easier and more effective.
