The board will freeze to as low as 10 degrees Fahrenheit and will keep your food at a safe temperature below 41 degrees Fahrenheit.

The board is filled with a conductive cooling gel, so you don't have to worry about buffing any water noise, or liquid leakage! It contains no cavities, meaning no matter how you place the board in the freezer, the board will freeze evenly. This board lays flat in carriers and comes equipped with distance knobs that prevent the board from sticking to the pan.
