This fryer is ok I haven't been able to fill it with 12 corn dogs because the clips are the worst you cant get the stick in or out easily at all. Also I don't really like that the weld inside is only at the top corners and not all the way down and around I think its harder to clean as stuff gets in the corners the drain is also not the best as most crumbs get stuck the drain is slightly to high. I would say for a beginning fryer it's ok but I'll be looking for a better option soon.

I purchased this for my business and used both for only 2.5 weeks and it stopped working properly. I set both to 325 degree and the hottest it will be is 200-225 degree. I am disappointed.
