This filtration system an ideal solution for floor steam equipment, ice machines that produce 1,500 lb. per day or more, and applications using a single filter system on multiple pieces of equipment. This filter system features a flow rating of 5 GPM and a 54,000-gallon capacity. It has 3/8" NPT female input and output connections. The filter cartridge must be replaced every 3-6 months, or at the rated capacity, or if a noticeable reduction in flow rate occurs. 3/8" Water Connection
This unit comes with a 3/8" water connection for water supply.
Filters Sediment
This system is designed to filter out sediment particles as small as 1 micron, while also removing lead, undesirable colors, chlorine taste / odor, and cysts. It also inhibits the growth of scale deposits, which reduce equipment efficiency and will eventually cause vital components to fail if left untreated.
Twist-in Locking
C Pure's Oceanloch+ filters feature a twist-in locking mechanism that makes it incredibly easy to change a cartridge when it has reached the end of its life. With a simple twist you can unlock the old cartridge and remove it, and twist the new cartridge to lock it into place. The included water shut-off valve also contributes to the ease of this process.
No Exposure
This design also improves sanitation because the whole cartridge is self-contained and the filter media isn't exposed to outside contaminants. No exposure means a much lower chance for pathogens to enter the filter and grow, and that means greater peace of mind about the water going to your customers!
Included Outlet Gauge
The included pressure gauge allows you to check the water pressure going out of your filtration system to ensure your equipment is getting the required PSI to operate, or indicate when it's time to change your cartridge out.
Questions & Answers
Looking For Specific Info? Get quick answers to product questions with our AI-powered search.
How can I tell when it’s time to change my cartridges?
All OceanLoch water filtration cartridges should be changed out every 3 to 6 months. If you have a unit with an outlet pressure gauge, you can simply look at the gauge and determine if the PSI is too low for your equipment. Often times that indicates it’s time to change out your cartridge.
I don’t know if I have hard water, where do I start?
Test your water using a Water Quality Test Kit. Then compare your water hardness level to the water harness guide in the Resource section.
My water filter hasn’t been used for a few months, does my cartridge need replaced?
If you haven’t used your water filter for a prolonged period of time, the cartridges should be replaced. Leaving a filter unused means that water has sat in the cartridge and there is potential for micro biologic growth. Please reference your user manual or contact customer service with any questions.

I trust this filtration system. I've seen some restaurants use tap water as the main drinking source for our guests who request a cup of water. I trust that the water that we get is filtered the way it needs to and will continue to purchase.

Ordered filter. Showed up damaged. Got a 2nd one. Showed up damaged. Got a 3rd one. Showed up damaged. Took the 3 that I received, made one functioning filter by building one from the 3 damaged. I can't wait for this thing to fail and flood the kitchen I installed it in.

This is great in theory and design but it lacks the necessary durability. I should have bought one with brass fixtures -- all of the plastic valves have had to be replaced.
