Suggested Recipe: Watermelon Cucumber Mojito
1 red seedless watermelon
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
1 small cucumber
2 limes
1 Bigelow Botanicals watermelon cucumber mint cold water infusion tea bag
6 fl. oz. cold water
1.5 fl. oz. white rum (can eliminate for mocktails)
1 fl. oz. simple syrup
1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
2 fl. oz. seltzer
1 fl. oz. watermelon juice
Steep 1 Bigelow Botanicals watermelon cucumber mint cold water infusion tea bag in 6 fl. oz. cold water for 20 minutes. Only 4 fl. oz. of the tea concentrate is needed for 1 mojito. Muddle watermelon, 3/4 of the mint and 3/4 of the cucumber in bottom of shaker. Add ice and all other ingredients. Shake until cold, then strain into a glass with ice. Top with seltzer and garnish with watermelon, a cucumber slice, and a sprig of mint leaves.
