Baker's Lane 12" x 16" Half Size Silicone Coated Parchment Paper Bun / Sheet Pan Liner Sheet - 1,000/Case

I bought both the half & full sized versions of this parchment paper after reading all of the high rated reviews. I also use Baker's Lane brand cake boxes, which I've never had any kind of issue with. Pro: the half size sheets fit PERFECT on my half sized baking sheets. Cons: the full size sheets are a bit long for my full size sheets, yes I measured prior to purchase, but it being a few inches too long for the pans is no big deal at all. My serious complaint is the fact that everything I've baked on this paper has stuck. Whoopie pies, cookies, etc. I have never had that issue before with any other parchment paper I've used, including cheap old dollar store parchment. Definably get the silicone version. I had the cheaper Quilon version before, and they work well, but these silicone version's are just on a different level and are far more moisture resistant when you are doing something that's both delicate and moisture logged, like a fish for example.

WE have to use Pan Spray to keep our bagel from sticking to the paper. Does not happen every time. I THINK THERE IS A QUALITY CONTROL ISSUE WITH THIS VENDOR. Would use again in a pinch but not the quality we need. if you use pan spray for everything you will not have a problem with this paper. take care

The silicone half sheets fit perfectly in bakeware and offers great release. I did cookies and bread and got great results! Would definitely recommend this brand. The paper itself is also substantial and because it's flat packed rather than rolled, lies completely flat. No curled edges!

We pay a lot for shipping through your website. It is frustrating when so many items come cracked or open. We opened our box of parchment sheets only to find the box what cracked open and split on the side. lifting it out of the box, many sheets fell out on to the floor. Tried lifting the box but it was also split up on the side of the box that we use for storage. Is it possible for you to tape the ends before shipping so this doesn't happen again? We hate that we had to throw out sheets , loosing about 50+ of them

Good quality, came in good condition with no folds or damage. I use them in a rosin press, I like to cut them in half, fold again in half, crease the edges and use as a pocket. They work great and hold up really well.

Absolutely LOVE this product. Other parchment papers is a one and done. The butter from the cookies have ruined it. NOT THIS! I'm able to reuse the parchment 1-2 times before I have to throw it out. I will definitely be ordering again.

I like this paper, but it is thin. I gave it four stars because I have to use two sheets in some applications. I might buy this again when I run out, but I would carefully consider how many times I use 2 sheets instead of 1 sheet, and compare that extra cost with the cost of buying thicker parchment paper.

The box of liners came inside a huge box that was not conducive to allowing the liners keep shape. They arrived all twisted & fell out as the box was removed from the big box. See pictures. The liners actually work just fine for what we use them for. I just think they should be more careful with shipping so the product arrives as it should .

If I could give this review a zero I would! How dare you send me a package of parchment paper thrown in a dirty box unprotected. There's no way for me to tell how many sheets I received nor do I want to place my food on it. I am extremely disappointed in Webstaurant Store. Would you want to receive the attached? I have attached a picture for you to see the mess I received! I am expecting a full refund.

Great for baking, however they are not verstile, limited to just pastries do not last overtime

We had to change parchment paper. We tried the cheaper quillon coated parchment paper but the cookies stuck to it and did not come out looking as pretty as they normally do. I bought 100 pack of the silicone coated sheets and they worked perfectly!

This is great parchment paper. I use it for baking scones every morning. It allows for really easy clean up of sheet pans. Perfect size for a half sheet pan.
