Backyard Pro BSG32 Butcher Series #32 Electric Meat Grinder - 120V, 1 1/2 hp

We ordered this 1 year ago for our church (we have 20 members, it is a very small congregation so we don't use it often) we used it 3 times, yes 3 times only in that time. I realize the warranty is up but for the amount of money I paid and the amount of times we used it, it's ridiculous. I wish I would have read all of the reviews before I ordered it but I did not. I am leaving this review so that someone else might not make the same mistake. Look at a different machine this one is of poor quality. Also we only put ground beef and ground pork in it nothing else so no there were not any bones or large chucks of meat. What a waste of our money!!

This grinder doesn't last long. We only used doe 6months one time per week. Only grinds 40lbs to 80lbs meat each week. 6months later it became smashed all meat and the meat doesn't come out. I don't recommend it.

Use this to grind weekly, works great. However after the last grind (which worked with no issues) the auger will not disconnect from the shaft. It turns freely and isn’t jammed but will not be pulled out to disconnect. Disconnected from machine just fine just cannot disconnect the two pieces. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

It's quiet and does its job.
