This light-duty grinder is great for occasional use (2-3 times per week) for 30 minutes of grinding each session with 20-minute breaks. This unit can handle up to 5-10 lb. of meat per minute for perfectly sized batches. For optimal grinding results, be sure to use this machine with meat chilled to 32-34 degrees Fahrenheit and cut into approximately 1" squares beforehand. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.

great value and very durable meat grinder, we use this grinder machine for our beef, chili, and garlic. it has nice texture after result. very easy to clean and wash! i love this machine for my restaurant!

Very good quality products. This meat grinder seems fabulous to me. It is made of stainless steel and is quick to cut. It is very, very well made. I congratulate you. It is a good product and you can buy it with complete confidence.
This thing is 10 times better than any of the ones that I have bought on other sites and better than the ones I've seen at academy. To date I have made around 200 pounds of sausage. It says 5 to 10 pounds of meat per minute and let me tell you good luck trying to keep up with it. I would definitely suggest getting a stuffer because this one like all that I've had in the past clogs up when you're using the stuffers. That being said as long as you pay attention when it slows down to just unclog it than it will work just fine.
Worked outstanding. Used a lot of cheap grinders and this is not one of them. Used to process venison and make my own ground beef.
