This gets more use as a dump station than a warmer in my kitchen. It holds a huge amount of fries at once and will easily hold the contents of a 17" fryer basket. The longest our fries are held after coming out of the fryer is no more than 3-4 minutes. The warmer keeps the fries hot until served. A solid piece of equipment for your kitchen. Overall, I would purchase this again if needed. I use

This unit is miles above any bulb unit you'll ever own. We had one of the twin bulbs, and although they are good, they don't last as long or put out the same amount of heat.

This warmer does a great job holding my fried products for a few minutes at a time. It throws some pretty good heat, and it has a separate on-off switch for the heat lamp and the light

I’ve had this for about a year now, and it does the job great for when you get busy and need to hold some tots/fries, etc. Perfect for a medium volume eatery like ours.

I love this. It gets warm fast and keeps everything at a nice temperature. Some things that you don’t want dried out should be covered. I used it for pretzels, popcorn and breakfast. I thought it was going be small but it’s a perfect size for my house.

Avantco FFDS-1 Freestanding Infrared French Fry Warmer / Dump Station - 1000W, 120V, is working great so far! It had a little assembly required, but was very easy to put together and seems sturdy now. It came with a 2" deep base pan, I liked that I didn't have to purchase that separately!

This product works as it should. No complaints. Also works great for a staging area to hold sandwiches while getting orders together.
I have had this since March and the switch already broken. It would not stay switch on one position. So Now I have to unplug the cord just so its not switch on automatically if for some reason it decide to flip on it own. It could be dangerous if overnight un plug. Not happy with the product

Durability issues. Worked fine while it worked. Bought this infrared unit so I wouldn't have to change bulbs, but this is not a quality, built-to-last unit. Switch failed within a year, second switch lasted months, then the whole unit quit working altogether (seemed like the wiring melted and shorted itself out). Consider this more of a rental than a purchase.

This thing has been our daily driver in our food truck. It takes a beating and continues to work well. Fries stay nice and warm for a long time!
