Arctic Air AWR25 White Single Door Reach In Refrigerator - 25 cu. ft.

It took a total of 5 days after I ordered this to arrive. Shipped from the OEM, arrived on a lift gate truck(additional cost, but well worth it), and the driver offered to help me get it in the door. He did help unwrap it and check for damage. It was in expected condition, New! It's a refrigerator, so it's not a life changing purchase. It does what it's supposed to do, and does it well. There is a ton of room inside, and the digital temp readout on the front is accurate. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. Webstaurant made this purchase effortless and smooth.

Shipped brand new and could not get internal temperature and display to match from day 1. Warranty department was extremely not useful, never called us back, we had to continuously call for updates -- and. they never found a repairperson who would be willing to check it out for us. We have to set at 35 degrees to get around 41.

I have two of this unit. I give it three stars because as you open/close enough time, the screw that holds the top portion of the door breaks down. It happens to both of my refrigerators. Overall, it's a nice unit though, but to make it work, I had to put a new, bigger and stronger screw on top to hold the door. It's an implementation that consumers should not have to do.

This Refrigerator isn't made the same way it used to be. I have older units made by the same company that work great. These newer versions are made with cheaper materials, and do not work as good. Mine broke down after 5 years. It costs almost the same to fix it, as it costs to by a new one. Spend some extra money and purchase a better unit.

We have 6 of these (counting both refrigerator and freezer), and have been running the first 2 (previous generation) for almost 10 years. They are constructed more like a home model than a commercial model, for instance there is no heat sink to clean, which is nice (it radiates heat through the wall). The internal fan has worn out a couple times on the older units, but they are cheap and easy to replace. My refrigeration guy tells me that if they ever need repair it will be more involved; there are no test ports on the compressor, and the heat exchanger is sealed in the wall; but for the price I'm not worried about that.

Got his fridge for everyday use atca hotel for storing of items. Fridge is nice and compact. Plenty of space inside and easy to clean. Have adjustable shelves which is helpful. So far it has been working fine.

After 14 months stopped cooling at proper temp. Set to 34 (default) but wont get below 41. 800 number said I was out of warranty for parts & labor. By 2 months!!! This is second Arctic Air to have problems. Had a sandwich prep cooler that failed after 22 months.

I had the AWR23 version that this AWR25 replaced and when it was time for another I ordered this "upgraded" unit. If you had the AR23 you won't be happy with this replacement. The shelves are not heavy duty and shelves will bow with little weight on them unlike the previous model which would hold heavy weight. Like others have said, if you open and shut the door it will not open for 60 seconds so not good if you need to get in it several times quick. They did put a digital display with temp display on the outside which is the only improvement I really see.

We were hesitant to purchase this refrigerator initially. However we have purchased several over the years and have had no issues. These refrigerators are an excellent value

We purchased this to hold extra milk for our coffee shop. It's not overly bulky and uses the space available well. I love that it has options to change the temp easily and has a lot of options to move the shelves.

Best combo of a good refrigerator and economics. The price is unbeatable and works great for our coffee shop. The digital thermometer on the front helps make sure temp is already right for when the heath department comes in,

Please note that the email below is from there tec department which tell you that it isn't a line fridge as you can't keep opening the door once you closed it for a time period. We built the unit to be a storage unit and not so much as a line refrigerator. We have no way of custom building you a cabinet you allow for equal pressure 100% of the time. While this is a nice unit for the price, I have found out it of poor quality. It does not cool or maintain temp in a high heat kitchen. Warranty from Arctic is worthless if your business is over 100 miles round trip from their service tech, they charge for travel. This unit is cheap made in China junk. Say your time and money and buy a higher quality unit. I am disputing the charges because this unit doesn't do it's job.

Great fridge for the price. We were in need of a fridge for our commercial kitchen located in our home and it meets the need. I'm very pleased with our purchase.

We like using this refrigerator because it is good quality and it maintains a constant temperature. However, the interior light is intermittent... sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.

Love this fridge! Great for extra storage. It holds SO much and displays the temp. on the outside. Nice and Cool, works perfectly. Only drawback is that it's hard to open. If your hands are full you have to put something down and pull the door hard. I guess a good seal isn't a bad thing though and I would defiantly but this again.

What a nice option for extra cold storage, and at a great price! Adjustable shelves are also nice and deep. 25 cubic feet extra is so nice to have!
