Microwave arrived in broken, non-operational, condition. Webstaurant refused to replace and forced us to go through the manufacturer to be serviced under warranty. Manufacturer didn't offer to replace, instead they've forwarded claim to a servicer, haven't heard from them yet.
Surprised to find out that Webstaurant sells broken equipment. It's now been a week since I had it express shipped and still cannot be used.

We love this microwave! I replaced my Amana 2200 1 cubic ft. with this smaller version. It is perfect for what we needed. We still have another 1700 1 cubic ft if we need more space but rarely do, so this was much cheaper, takes up less space and just as powerful.
