These plates are definitely not bright white. I ordered the 10 1/2", 9", and 6 1/2" bright white plates along with a 13oz bright white soup bowl. The soup bowl is a true bright white, but next to the bowl, the plates look light grey. All products I ordered from Acopa so this wouldn't be an issue. Webstaurant did issue me a new case of the small 6 1/2" plates in hopes that they were more of a bright white. It wasn't until I got all of them out in my dining room to look at the setup when I realized how off they all were. They almost look like dust was mixed in with the finishing glaze and dulled everything out. I just want plates and bowls that are all bright white and match each other. These plates are not suitable for restaurant use. We have had them for less than a month and nearly all of them have very visible dark scratching on the surface. Same style from different brand are nearly two years old and are in much better shape.

Well crafted of good materials, they are durable and withstand multiple washings in the dishwasher (no chipping or discoloration.).These has been no problem with frequent microwave heating.

These plates have stood up well to restaurant usage. we have not had any of them shatter due to normal usage.

We purchased these plates for our restaurant to use mainly for appetizers and desserts. When they first arrived, we noticed the color was more of an off-white than a bright white, but that didn’t bother us..they still looked nice and worked well with our plating style. The size and shape were great for our needs. That said, after about a year of regular restaurant use, they’re all very scratched up. Visually, they’ve taken quite a beating and just don’t look clean or polished anymore, even when they are. The good news? They haven’t chipped at all, which is a plus in a fast-paced kitchen. In the end, these just don’t hold up well to heavy or high-volume use. We’re now in the market for a different brand that’s more durable for long-term restaurant service. These might work fine for home use or occasional catering, but for daily restaurant use, definitely not ideal.

Perfect size salad plate.
I have not used them yet, so not sure about quality, they look great so far. They came nicely packed, none of them broken during delivery.
These are great plates for my business. They are made from quality ceramic and they do not break easily. Sometimes they arrive broken but it is very rare and when they do the customer service is great to send replacements or credit for any damages. I will continue purchasing these for my business!
These plates are very nice and easy to wash and stack. My only complaint with these is that they chip very easily, which is an issue because the chips can end up cutting people if we don't remove them from service. I'd say a quarter of the 48 I bought have developed significant chips or other similar paint defects that have rendered them unusable for service, which sucks because they are really nice plates otherwise! They are easy to hold and don't warp at all when being washed.

Garbage plates. Too fragile and brittle. Should've paid attention to the review that said "not suitable for restaurant use". Of the 200+ plates I ordered I only have about 20 that aren't chipped or broken

We use these plates for single sandwiches servings. Also a great size for our buffet when serving just appetizers.
I've been purchasing these dishes for 3+ years now. I get great feedback from my customers on the durability and overall feel of them. They are lightweight while not feeling cheap. The glossy finish is a big plus too.
