Outfit your facility with this Waterloo low profile wall-mounted pre-rinse faucet!
This Waterloo pre-rinse faucet is perfect for rinsing excess food off your dishes before cleaning them in your commercial dish machine, removing the heaviest soil deposits so that dishes come out clean and ready to use. A 23" long flexible hose gives you plenty of reach to deliver water where you need it, letting you handle glassware and dinnerware, or bulky items like pots and pans. Great for height-restricted installations, its reduced height makes it a perfect fit for commercial kitchens where space is at a premium.

1/2" Water Connection
This unit comes with a 1/2" water connection for water supply.
Low Flow Spray Valve
The spray valve delivers a low flow rate of 0.65 GPM, giving you the right amount of power needed to blast away food debris while being easy on your water bill. The heavy-duty valve body is designed with a comfort grip handle and uses metal components for maximum durability and leak protection. Additionally, the spring has a compressed bottom to provide greater durability and help retain its shape.
Reliable Design
This faucet features quarter-turn ceramic cartridges that provide a much lower fail rate than compression cartridges. In this design, 2 ceramic discs fit together to create a watertight seal when closed, removing the need for a rubber seat washer. Additionally, the check valves prevent backflow for added dependability.
Easy Installation
This heavy-duty, wall-mounted faucet comes with 8" adjustable centers for easy installation, and the 1/2" NPT inlet connections make it easy to connect it to your facility's water lines. This unit also comes with a 10" riser and a 6" wall bracket to secure it to the wall for added stability. Required installation kits are sold separately.
Waterloo Brand

Can I get a spray valve with a higher flow rate (GPM)?
The maximum flow rate for all commercial pre-rinse spray valves produced after January 28, 2019 is 1.28 GPM – more specific regulations may apply based on the valve’s spray force in ounce-force (ozf).
Product Class 1 (5 ozf or less) – Max Flow Rate: 1 GPM
Product Class 2 (5.01 - 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.2 GPM
Product Class 3 (over 8 ozf) – Max Flow Rate: 1.28 GPM
These regulations do not impact spray valves made before January 28, 2019, and are implemented by the US Department of Energy in an effort to improve energy conservation.
Can I use this product to serve drinking water?
This product is not intended for use in applications where potable (drinking) water is dispensed for human consumption.
Does this item have any additional agency approvals and certifications?
There are a wide range of regulations that govern plumbing code! We attempt to list any current certification marks with an official logo on the product page for your convenience. However, additional approvals, codes, and standards this product adheres to may be listed on the product specsheet.
How do I use a wall bracket to stabilize a pre-rinse faucet?
Pre-rinse faucets with a riser may include a wall bracket to help use the wall for added stability. Pre-rinse faucets without a riser will generally not include or need a wall bracket.
If your unit comes with a bracket, or you plan on adding one, the bracket can be installed at whatever height you prefer, but to be effective it should be placed far enough above the base so as to inhibit movement to the riser – placing too close to the base may make it ineffective.
If you intend to use a wall bracket, consider potential concerns with the installation location, such as shelving or windows behind the faucet, that might limit where you can place the bracket.
How is the pre-rinse hose length measured?
Unless otherwise specified, the quoted hose length includes any grips or connectors at the end of the hose, so the actual working length of the hose may be slightly less than described. Please refer to the product's specsheet for more detailed dimensions.
What measurements do I need to install a faucet?
When installing a faucet, these are some of the most common measurements you’ll need:
Faucet Centers: If your faucet has a base with 2 inlets, measure the distance from the center of one inlet to the center of the other. This number must match the spacing of your building’s water lines (adjustable centers will help with the spacing). If mounting through the backsplash on a sink, the center measurement must also fit within the pre-drilled mounting holes.
Flex Hoses: If your faucet has flex hoses make sure that they will reach your building’s water lines.
Spout length: Make sure that the faucet spout will fit comfortably over your sink bowl and not extend too far / not far enough. If you plan to use a swing spout over a multi-bowl sink, make sure it will reach all of the bowls.
What parts do I need to install my new faucet?
For both wall and deck mounted faucets, installation kits are sold separately. Check the Works With items to find the proper installation kits and parts!
I installed a Waterloo faucet sprayer on the sink in my food trailer, expecting it to hold up to normal commercial kitchen use. Unfortunately, the sprayer cracked within the first year. This was surprising because the unit had normal use and was not abused.
For a product marketed for commercial or food service environments, I expected it to last significantly longer than a single season. Replacing it now means additional cost plus the time and effort required to uninstall and reinstall plumbing in a tight food truck space.
Very disappointing durability for the price. I would not purchase this sprayer again and would recommend others look closely at alternative options before choosing this one.

This is a quality faucet, but doesn't get the job done for me. This was the easiest faucet I have ever installed, all of the connections are rubber washer connections so it didn't leak on the first try, which is unheard of. Now the issue, the sprayer is very weak, it can't even spray corn meal out of our sink. I got the low flow hoping it would be higher pressure with a more direct spray but the nozzle just sprays very wide. I'm happy to be saving water, but washing dishes is going to take more time and labor unfortunately with this set up

From the research I did, I thought this faucet would be pretty good quality. Also, though it would be US manufactured. I have attached 2 pictures which show poor casting quality (air inclusions, looks to me). These cannot be buffed out and since they are on the front of the manifold, will always be visible. This should not have passed product quality checks. Waterloo faucets are exclusively sold through Webstaurant. Can I get some relief from Webstaurant, like a new manifold? Thanks for your consideration.
