It also features digital controls with four independent thermostatically controlled heat zones, two on the top and two on the bottom, along with the ability to store up to 6 programmable menu items. These features are great for busy bar kitchens or concession stands where your staff need to quickly cook and serve multiple menu items.

This model has an adjustable product opening that you can set between 1 1/2" and 4" depending on the type of product you are cooking. This unit even has loading and receiving trays for convenient loading and unloading of food products. Boasting a ventless design, this unit increases operational flexibility and lowers installation costs, making the oven perfect for nearly any application.
