The non-mirrored surface won't show fingerprints, keeping your display in top viewing shape all day or night. This plate is designed to hold (2) 11 1/2" x 9 1/4" small food pans. These openings allow the bottom of your serving pans to rest securely under the tabletop. This is a great feature for accommodating hidden chafers, which keep your food at the proper serving temperature throughout the duration of any event. Easy to clean, this adapter plate boasts a corner design to ensure a secure fit in your standard 12" x 20" hot or cold well opening.
