Cold brewing does not extract the fatty oils and bitter acids from ground coffee beans that quickly stale, not only leaving you with a smooth, balanced cup, but also keeping your concentrate fresher for longer. Cold brewing also saves your coffee shop or restaurant time and money by eliminating the time it takes to pull shots. And since it's brewed cold, the concentrate won't instantly dilute the ice in cold drinks. Ideal for bringing out the more subtle notes of single-origin coffees and delicate teas, Toddy® cold brewing maintains the integrity of rich flavor profiles.

With a lack of corners, pockets, or folds, the internal filter platforms allows smooth dispensing by preventing grounds and liquids from getting trapped. The lid's handle conveniently rests on the brewer handle to prevent placement of the lid on any unsanitized surfaces.
All metal parts are fabricated out of brewer's grade (304/CF8) stainless steel for durability and ease of cleaning. The valve utilizes a threadless, food grade sanitary connection and can also be removed and disassembled for ease of cleaning.
Create various menu items with one concentrate to maximize your profits! Add 10 lb. of your favorite coffee to yield up to 5 gallons of cold brewed extract. To serve, Toddy® recommends starting with a ratio of 1 part coffee or tea concentrate to 3 parts water, milk, or dairy alternative. Mix to taste, making your coffee as strong or as mild as your customer prefers. Add hot water or milk for hot beverages, or incorporate the concentrate along with syrups and spices into recipes for your signature cocktails, smoothies, frappes, or iced tea beverages.

Really great system. Use it all the time for our cold brew. The paper filters are reasonably priced and perform great. Metal has taken no color over the last 100+ brews in it. Easy to say worth the money just buy it.
