Use induction chafers for buffet style breakfast. Like the fact that these have a dish to store serveware attached. The induction chafers I had before didn't have this attachment so had serve ware on small plates in front and did not have as clean of a look. Only wish this site sold the inserts for the chafer. Had to purchase from another vendor.
