We bought 2 of these dispensers and they both broke within the first month of moderate use. The first one just stopped working and stopped pumping ketchup and the other one, the plastic spout just broke. Not durable at all. Would not recommend anyone to purchase this item.

I bought 3 for our High School. One broke on the first day. The other two are still working. but I would not recommend buying these pumps. I feel like it is only a matter of time for the other two pumps.
