Unfortunately, the 32oz cups still do not stay in. Once you pull for one cup it pulls out 20 of them because the bottom is still not tight enough even when assembled as tight as it can go.

This dispenser is just too large. We have tried multiple brands of 32oz cups (spending hundreds) thinking it was the “wrong cups,” but it doesn’t fit any of them (not even Solos!). They all just fall right out when it is adjusted to its tightest setting. They have so much room to bounce around in the sleeve. It probably would be fine for 46oz, but do not buy for 32oz! (And at $, it’s a pretty pricy risk. )

We love these for our bakery. They work great. A definite must have to get counter space. We would purchase these again if we ever can get to a bigger store front.

Not our favorite! Even with multiple adjustments, the cups either stick horribly or fall to the floor with a gentle tug. Would not recommend and would love to turn back time and not purchase this particular item again.

These cup dispensers work great, they were easy to mount to the wall. The make the beverage area look a lot cleaners and organized. We use them for our hot coffee cups.

Nice dispenser, easy to adjust to fit your cup perfectly. Light weight easy to mount on the wall. Mounted on the wall of my food truck with double sided tape.

These are well made and easy to install. However, what is annoying is that when the customer pulls them, it will regularly dispense more than one cup no matter how tight we adjust the knob.

Pros: It's easy to hang, and works well enough. Cons: The cups get stuck and you sometimes have to fight to get them out. The shiny finish means it always covered in fingerprints.

We bought this cup dispenser to dispense water cups instead of trying to juggle them around in original packaging. It was a huge help, it makes the process of giving customers a clean sanitized cup so much easier!

We use these cup holders to have our cups out of the way, but still very accessible for our cashiers. Less clutter, more efficient team members.

We ordered this dispenser for our Church and it does not work properly. It dispenses 3, 4, or 5 cups at a time, even after adjusting it to the MAX. The cup size we use (7 OZ plastic cups) were within the measurements given by this site/MFG. It simply doesn't work.
