Quart size is pretty good for a smaller shop, but now looking at getting one that fits standard pan sizes for use in a hot dog prep area. The plastic lids are a little fragile, in that the two I ordered came with some hairline cracks in them, but Webstaurant made it right, very easy to work with them for a solution. The price is definitely right!
These San Jamar EZ Chill condiment centers work good for keeping condiments chilled where you don't have another option. We use them on our patio and they work great. I have this one and the INL--the only difference is the lid.
This is an awesome product. We love the chill packs and the convenience of being able to move the unit around to where it is needed.
