This unit's professional control panel and voltage meter offer a variety of settings so you can maximize sugar to floss yield and create perfect cotton candy under any conditions. To ensure a high-quality construction that's built to withstand the rough wear and tear of a commercial environment, the machine features a 26" aluminum bowl and a completely stainless steel cabinet. The powerful 1/12 hp motor operates at 3400 RPM for fast delivery. Plus, the motor is completely shielded from sugar, which extends its life. This unit requires a 120V electrical connection.

Will a humid environment effect the use of this product?
Yes, a humid environment will cause the sugar to be gummy and stick to the heating head, which could lead to burning the sugar. For best performance from this unit, it’s best to limit exposure to high heat / humidity environments.
We finally got around to trying out this machine again. The first time it threw so much sugar at us that we immediately shut it down and went with our carnival king. Now, I was determined to figure it out. It is still throwing sugar and no matter how low in the green we keep the heat, it make pillow stuffing instead of cotton candy. Our leather straps are correct and for what we know, we are doing what we need to do but even with the roll top bubble on it is still flying everywhere!
