An excellent addition to concession stands, buffet lines, and other foodservice operations, this Paragon 2029C Pro-Deluxe dual 3 qt. warmer with heated spouts provide you with a simple way to heat and serve nacho cheese, hot fudge, soft caramel, and other tasty concessions! As a dual unit, this warmer features (2) 3 qt. wells that allow you to serve 2 different products simultaneously. It accepts #10 cans and 3 qt. insets for invaluable versatility, allowing you to drop your canned items directly into the warmer or, if your food comes bagged, you can fill an inset (sold separately). Each ergonomic pump yields 1 oz. of product at a time, making dispensing a breeze while helping to control portions and save you money. And, gauging collars are included so that you can reduce the yield in 1/8 oz. increments. The aluminum heated spouts prevent clogging and ensure that toppings come out piping hot from start to finish.
With simple, independently operated adjustable thermostats and an on/off toggle switch, this machine couldn't be any easier to operate! The unit's stainless steel construction helps to ensure long-lasting performance and outstanding durability in commercial environments. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

WE have been using the unit for about 3 months now at our ice cream store. One side is for hot caramel and the other hot fudge. While the caramel side seems to work fine, we have had continual problems with the hot fudge side. We use a premium hot fudge so not sure if it's just too thick but I would have thought this "pro-deluxe" unit would have worked with a premium fudge. The pump assembly is also a little tricky and the directions/manual isn't the best in explaining how to put together IMO.
