Because you don't need to worry about hood installation, this is an excellent choice not only for convenience stores and sandwich shops, but also for airports and other operations where an exhaust hood may not be practical. This model features two magnetrons to add even more power and speed to your TurboChef oven. The intuitive touchscreen controls allow for easy programming and simple operation for all of your employees, allowing anyone to make all of your signature dishes in minutes!
Whether you need to make subs, breakfast sandwiches, muffins, or even pizza, this model is sure to meet your high demands. It features a catalytic converter to limit smoke, grease, and odor emissions. Plus, with its small 23 3/4" x 14 1/4" footprint, it will not take up the entire countertop and is perfect for lining up multiple units side by side for more efficient and timely food service. Alternatively, you can also stack these units to save even more on counter space, with the stacking kit (sold separately).
