We anticipated using this item only once or twice a week to wood smoke mushrooms. The pan seemed to be well-made, but after the second use, we noticed that diime-size areas of the non-stick coating were flaking off the bottom inside of the pan. The pan is a nice size and the weight distribution is balanced. The holes could be a little smaller. It sat flat on the grill with no problems. The flaking nonstick coasting is a complete deal-breaker. I gladly would have paid a little more for better quality then having to trash it rather than risk someone getting non-stick coasting in their food. I rill not purchase anything non-stick of this brand again, and I'd be wary of the rest of the line because of this experience.
