We used this daily in our coffee shop to warm sandwiches and pastries.It was a corporate restaurant so Menu updates were as easy as inserting a programmed chip card mailed to us by corporate. It warms food so much better than a microwave, but just as fast. I am in the process of trying to work at a way of getting one in my current restaurant.
