Scratch and Dent Narvon SM1 Single 3 Gallon Pourover Granita / Slushy / Frozen Beverage Machine - 115V

It is now almost 3 months later and I still haven't been able to use this... I reached out to Webstaurant within 2 weeks of ordering to notify them something was not right as this thing only froze the first time I turned it on. After that it did not, randomly one time it froze again in the following days. I was told they could not take it back because it was faulty and I would need to deal with their warranty provider... annoying but ok. btw I was well within the return window and I feel like the rep that emailed me didn't really care that I had bought a piece of junk. sent me the info and told me, " here, you deal with it". This machine worked well for a couple months and then 2 of the three bins stopped freezing after just 8 weeks. Hopefully their customer service is better.

This Machines work great I own a margarita machine rental business and we have multiple machines from narvon and we have never have a problem with them.

its already broken

Bought this and it worked great...for 1 weekend. Came back the next weekend and the compressor won't run to freeze the product. Webstaurant ships you off to this third part for warranty work and there must be like 1 guy working there because its taken a month for them to get to me. You would think a slushy machine would work more than one weekend.

The top light didn't work upon delivery!

I bought two of these and they lasted less than a year before both needed repairs. The first time they stopped working, the parts were under warranty, but the labor was not. Now one is not under any warranty and will cost me at least 1500 to fix. The other freezes some days and other days it does not. I do not recommend this product.

Do NOT buy this machine. I bought two of them a year ago. They both break down constantly. I think they have been down more than working since I've had them. And you will get NO SUPPORT from Narvon or their service company. We are throwing ours in the dumpster.

This machine has served us well for more tuan a year and a half. It is a workhorse! Cleaning and maintenance are relatively easy. Only times the machine had trouble freezing are when we didnt clean the coils in a timely manner. After cleaning, the machine went back to frwezing well. We use this machine for frozen alcoholic beverages.

The machine works good, but puts off a horrible amount of heat. It has paid for itself rather quickly though.
