Defective freezer that after one year is causing lots of issues keeping temperatures low. 3 warranty claims and nothing has been fixed after months. Recommend not buying.

So far this freezer has been a beast. Great price for what you get. Hold temp very good so far. It was very sturdy except in the back behind the unit where the motor is. Seems sorta tinny but it doesn’t matter since it’s up against the wall.

I liked this product originally but once something goes wrong, it is a nightmare. There is no service available, you cannot buy spare parts. The warranty is useless. Ours has been struggling for weeks and all I get from them is that someone will be in touch for service. We are summer seasonal business, we cannot shut down waiting for someone to fix the machine. I would not recommend any avantco refrigeration units.

Absolute trash heap of a product. The castors are built on two connected rails that are then connected to the cooler. They were connected with four tiny screws that all fell out. The cooler then just slid nearly off the rails. You cant remove those rails as they support the compressor. After jacking the cooler up like I was working on my car and obtaining larger stroner screws, i was actually able to properly assemble the cooler. If you are looking for the worst product built, then buy this thing

DO NOT BUY. Brand new, plugged in, waited 3 days - and still not at temp. We clearly received a defective unit that is not usable. The worst part-- after contacting Webstaunt's support, they're just having us go through a 3rd party warranty claim... what a nightmare. No timeline for resolution was provided. Meanwhile we don't have the freezer we need.

We have had ups and downs with this brand. Overall, in a high-volume shop, you can expect it to last 12–48 months, in our experience. Freezer last much better than the coolers.
