Bought two and both leaks the soap on the floor. I believe there are may other similar reviews. I don’t understand why this dispenser is still on the site.

Great quality for the price. I read the reviews of people complaining about the leakage. I feel they are filling the dispenser till the top, instead this dispenser has to be filled just below where the inside screw is.

PURCHASED SEVERAL OF THESE. ALL OF THEM LEAKED WITHIN A FEW WEEKS OF INSTALLATION. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS PRODUCT. DO NOT BUY THESE OR YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We bought two of these to try before investing in more of them. One leaked from the nozzle area right out of the box while filling for the first time with Novo's own foaming hand soap (Item #: 999NOVOFSOAP). I unscrewed the collar, pulled the nozzle/spout piece off, and couldn't find anything wrong. There is a little glass bead that must act as a valve. I figured it may have come out of position and reassembled it. The dispenser worked flawlessly for a month before leaking it's entire contents out over night for the first time. They both tend to do this about once a month now. When I find it has happened again, I depress the valve once or twice and then refill. Not exactly sure what the cause is. They function and foam great when not leaking, clean up well, and mount quickly. I figure just about as much soap goes on people's hands as ends up on the floor though. Unfortunately, because I do like them, it is seeming rather unsustainable.

Same problem as the other negative reviews: Purchased 3 of these and that all immediately started to leak. These things are junk. Do not buy.

EPIC FAIL - I highly recommend avoiding these at all costs. Webstaurant store credited me for all 7 that I purchased less than a month ago and have all subsequently failed. Puddles of soap everywhere

First one leaked after one day of use. Webstaurant sent me two other replacements but they also leaked. Looks great but terrible quality. Stay away. Great customer service though

Stay away from this dispenser. It leaked right away after installed. Customer service sent a replacement that leaked as well. So sad cause it looks great. Don’t loose your time.

They look nice on the wall, but 4 out of 4 leaked all over the floor. It is missing a rubber gasket obviously. Hopefully the hardware store will have something to stop the leak.

Bought 3 of these dispenser all leaked a full container of soap on the floor. I do not recommend these unless you want to replace immediately.

Great solution to keep the soap dispensers from wandering off. Gives a nice amount of foam, holds an endless amount of soap. Even with COVID-19 extra constant handwashing this little pump goes and goes. With some extra water in the soap mix it saves water as you can wash hands without a prerinse. Really nice upgrade to our employee sink this year. And great price.
These dispensers are garbage. It works for about 3 weeks of very light use before we were open and then dumped the remainder of the first load of soap onto the floor.

Don't buy these. I bought 3 and they all leak all over the floor. I tried to fix it myself and only 1 out of the 3 were fixed for the time being. Reached out to customer service and they asked for photos which I sent then they went on to ask what type of soap I am using as thought to put off blame on me. Don't waste your money on these.

We were going to buy plastic mounted foaming soap dispensers, but we really want to have products that last. We opted for the stainless steel surface mounted foaming soap dispenser and have placed it over our hand washing sink. We like how this soap dispenser carries 40 oz and it lasts for a pretty long time before refilling.
