Great for making small batches of baked goods, snack foods, pizzas, and warm sandwiches, this Moffat Turbofan single deck half size 4 pan electric convection oven / broiler with digital controls is a great way to increase cooking capacity without sacrificing valuable space in your commercial kitchen! Thanks to its compact size, this oven sits directly on your countertop or can be attached to a portable stand (sold separately). Plus, the oven fits 4 half size sheet or hotel pans, so you are able to capitalize on cooking space.

This convection oven boasts 2.8 kW of heating power and a single direction low-velocity fan that spreads heat throughout the entire oven, ensuring evenly cooked products. The large 3/4" digital display makes it easy to view the current temperature and time remaining on a set timer. The electronic thermostat control also allows for ultimate precision and accommodates a wide range of recipes. To save you time and to make things easy, this oven is programmable for up to 20 programs so you can save and recall your most popular recipes with a push of a button. It also has a broil mode to get the perfect finish on vegetables or a caramelized crust on desserts.

The interior is covered with a porcelain baking compartment liner that is extremely effective at distributing heat evenly. The oven compartment can hold up to (4) 13" x 18" half size sheet or hotel pans and the rack positions are separated with 3 1/8" of space. It also comes with 4 chrome plated wire racks so you can start cooking right away. The halogen lamp in the interior of the oven illuminates the space so you can monitor products at a quick glance. For valuable temperature protection, continuous door seals ensure the warm air inside does not escape.

The stainless steel front, sides, and top provide durability, ease of cleaning, and corrosion resistance, while the left-hinged door features dual pane glass encased in stainless steel door frames with a welded stainless steel door handle. The door is also field convertible and can be easily switched to right-hinged, if desired. The ovens rest on an adjustable stainless steel stand that provides the necessary clearance for cleaning and maintenance. It also keeps them at an ergonomic height for easy access! This unit requires a 220-240V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation.
