This works well, although doesn't seal perfectly. This pot allows me to pull my concession trailer to go home much more quickly at night. I used to have to wait until the oil cooled enough to drain into plastic buckets. Even after clipping lid on, I do have a bit of oil spillage on the floor.

This fit under the fryer in our food truck and worked perfectly for us to drain our oil into. The lid snapped on securely and we were able to hit the road without worrying about an oil spill.

The filter pot itself is the perfect height for draining our fryers out. However after about a month of use they leake like crazy around the lid. The seal seems to be intact, but it’s like there aren’t enough clips to hold the lid completely tight. I’m disappointed for the amount we paid for these. But I guess we don’t have any other choice.

The product itself is fine, although it is not big enough for a 35# fryer. The product description says that it holds 40 L, which is true, but that is filled to the absolute brim. Not really practical if you are trying to move hot oil. We bought one for our food truck and will need to order the next size up, because oil sloshes out of the top vent with even the slightest amount of movement.

This pot is just what I needed. I have a food truck and wanted something to store oil while moving on the road. Vent hole on top lets heat escape.

We are a small concession and catering company. We needed a way to filter our oil and also empty the fryers at the end of events. This pot fits perfectly under the fryers and has made the filtering of the oil a breeze. We have saved quite a bit of money with the ability to filter our oil at the end of each day.

We really really like this, but the bottom seal has already started to leak. Thought it was just a spill, but after cleaning it up, the pool returned. Used, not abused, directions followed.

we've got a food truck that we fry chicken nuggets in and needed something to drain the hot oil into so we could safely drive around with it, and this works absolutely perfectly. no oil ever sloshes out and with it sitting on a rubber mat floor, it doesn't move around at all.

We run a Food truck and must drain the oil every time we go mobile. This filter pot is an absolute must to safely travel without the potential mess of just covering the fryer while in route. We use this along with the 10inch paper grease filter and 10 inch cone filter holder.

We love this product... we have a food trailer and this is a must have. Before our oil would spill all over our trailer floor when driving to different locations ever since getting this pan we eliminated this problem

bought three of these for my food truck business and haven't been happy since! After several calls to the manufacturer I've been getting blown off and told that they would get back to me. These pots are good for a restaurant or maybe a non-mobile application. They don't hold up as they advertise. Every time I moved from my location I get home and there's oil all over the floor because the latches are too loose and pop open and also oil comes out of the top of the pot from the hole. Don't waste your money unless you are using it strictly for storage and you are not a mobile unit.

In the beginning we worked with a 55 lbs fryer and the best option for us in the food trailer was this filter pot. Used it for over 1 year. Maybe even 18 month. It worked great and did its job. In the end the clamps to close it were not tight enough anymore. Good product for the price and I would buy it again.

We've been using these on our food truck for about 1 1/2 years now. They are worth every penny! I c an drain both fryers immediately after shutting down and be on the road in less than 5 minutes! No more sitting and waiting for oil to cool!

I use this product in my mobile food trailer and I cannot recommend it for that purpose. The latches are not tight enough and so I consistently get spillage when in transit. This occurred slightly when the pot was brand new, but unfortunately has only gotten worse over the course of one year's use. Could be good for your restaurant but does not travel well.

This filter pot works great for keeping our fryers clean and extending the life of the oil. We filter our oil every night, so this is a must have in our kitchen.

This gets used every day at my restaurant. I'm starting to notice a little rust in the bottom of it, which has me concerned. We use it to filter our fry oil and then wash it daily using degreaser. It probably isn't rated for what we do with it...

This is exactly what I was looking for in order to store my oil during movement to my location to set up my food truck operation. The pot seals beautifully and I have no complaints.

Works great for my 35# fryer on the food trailer. Wouldn't recommend it for bigger fryers. The strainer gets out all of the big particles in the oil, and I hose out what's left in the bottom of the fryer into another pot, and dump the oil back in. Great for storing oil. The clamps are heavy and the oil doesn't spill out when the lid is locked on.
