I should have trusted the previous reviews before buying this from Webstraunt. As a small business owner, investing in equipment isn’t easy. so when a company sends you one that doesn’t even power on and then sends you in circles, only to have to come back to the source so they can tell you it’s too late to exchange for one that works..…is super disappointing and unethical. DO NOT BUY FROM WEBSTAURANT! Grinder arrived defective and without the rubber gasket. Thermal switch was tripped and wouldn't reset. Now I am in Ready Kitchen Warranty hell because Webstaurant would not make it right.

I ordered this grinder and it was fantastic..... for 6 weeks. After 6 weeks of use it stopped grinding properly. I have been unable to fix it using the troubleshooting section of the manual. A lot of money to spend on a machine that only works for 6 weeks.
